We are committed to acting with integrity, honesty and transparency, from our management team right down to the lowest levels in the organisation.
We believe that this is the only way to build relationships of trust with our stakeholders.
We demand ethics and integrity not just within our own business, but throughout the entire value chain.
To achieve this, we have drawn up a Code of Ethics, which is applied in all the countries where we operate, and which sets out the principles of the ethical, social and environmental conduct that FCC demands of everybody within the organisation.
We also have an Internal Communication Channel which people can use confidentially to report any non-compliance with the Code.
We have an internal regulation governing conduct in the securities market designed to ensure integrity and transparency, especially in the handling of information that could be considered subject to privilege.
We have also created a Monitoring Committee to ensure compliance with the FCC Code of Ethics and the Internal Regulation of Conduct.
FCC ethical principles also apply throughout the entire supply chain.
To ensure this, we have a centralised purchasing model, managed by our Purchases Department. All the heads of purchases in the different FCC business areas and subsidiaries report to this department.
To ensure the integrity of our supply chain, there is a clause in the contracts we sign with suppliers, contractors and partner companies requiring them to be aware of the ethical principles enshrined in our Code of Ethics and the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
