FCC Concesiones, a company 100% owned by FCC, is responsible for developing, financing, managing and operating the social and transportation infrastructure concessions of the FCC Group.

It manages all stages of the project; from tendering, financing, design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance through to handover; and adopting a long-term partnership approach with clients.

It has specific experience in the management and operation of motorway, metro, urban tramway and other similar infrastructure projects, both in Spain and internationally. 

It currently manages a portfolio of 16 concessionary companies, 14 of which are in operation.
