FCC's Sustainability Policy, reformulated by the Board of Directors in 2022, is based on the values shared by all the people in the Group to establish the priorities in the area of sustainable development and thus include the commitments related to integrity and business ethics, respect for the environment and the contribution of value to society, in addition to the commitments regarding dialogue with the different stakeholders.

The Sustainability Policy is supervised by the Audit and Control Committee, in accordance with recommendations 53 and 54 of the CNMV's Code of Good Governance.
