The correct path to Human Rights

 

FCC's commitment to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) as a fundamental element of the company's corporate culture and values is set out in the Group's Code of Ethics and Conduct and in FCC's Human Rights Policy, approved by the Board of Directors in 2019, extending its compliance to partners, collaborators and suppliers, and available in 14 languages.

 

 

The FCC declaration is based on seven Human Rights issues:

 


 

To reinforce our commitment and capacity to act, the company adheres to the main international frameworks, such as the United Nations Global Compact, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Framework, the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, the various conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and other agreements of the International Federation of Building and Wood Workers (BWINT).
