The General Shareholders' Meeting of FCC has approved, following a favourable report from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the re-election of Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz as a domanial director, for a statutory period of four years.

At its meeting held this afternoon in Madrid, FCC's Shareholders' Meeting approved all the items on the agenda, which included, among others, the annual accounts, the management reports for the 2024 financial year and the distribution of a flexible dividend.

Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, chairwoman of the FCC Group and Marquise of Casa Peñalver, has been a member of the Jury for the Princess of Asturias Award for Concord 2025, the sixth of the eight international awards presented annually by the Princess of Asturias Foundation, as part of its XLV edition.
