If you are finishing your studies or your university career, taking an MBA or postgraduate course focused on the creation, promotion and management of infrastructure, water and environmental services, FCC offers you the chance to participate in a real project, which actively contributes to social development and sustainability.

At FCC you can complete your training. You will work with the latest technology and have experienced tutors guiding you, and listening to your ideas and approaches.

The selection is made through a personal interview with the Human Resources department of the relevant business area and, prior to acceptance, a second interview will be arranged with the tutor of the unit to which you would join.

Depending on the project in which you are going to take part and depending on the program in which you are accepted, the conditions of the duration of practical training and the schedule will be established. In parallel, the agreement will be managed with the Training Center.

During the internship, the corresponding Human Resources department will follow up, establishing meetings with you and your tutor. The objective of these meetings is to verify the fulfillment of the learning conditions, the usefulness of the project, your performance in the company and the guidance by the tutor.

After completing the training, the tutor will prepare a report of your profile.
