cemento Last March, a team from the Centro de Estudios y Experimentación de obras públicas (CEDEX) and the General Technical Secretariat of the Mi- nistry of Transport visited the El Alto factory. Ce- dex is a public and innovative organisation spe- cialised in public works, mobility, environment and climate change. It is organically attached to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and functionally depends on the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demo- graphic Challenge. This visit is part of the regular contacts and co- llaborations that we maintain with this entity, in which we delve into the particularities of the clinker and cement manufacturing process, and discuss the difficulties that we will have to ad - dress in order to be able to offer the market more sustainable cements, guaranteeing the best per- formance and ensuring their durability. The Group holds this type of technical confe- rence and shares its knowledge and experien- ce with work teams such as this one, because by sharing we contribute to the advancement of applied knowledge and the introduction and dis- semination of innovation.
