The digital management of water has been evident for years in the exercise that Aqualia carries out with its services. The technology that the company uses, with its own tools, as well as its experience in the technological transformation that it has had to face in order to adapt and be resilient, has also led it to do so in Toledo (Castilla-La Mancha). It does so under four pillars, which in turn focus on providing the best service to its customers: integrated Aqualia Live is the modular and integrated platform on which all the digital services provided by the company are concentrated solutions for global efficiency, omni - channel platforms to improve custo- mer services, mobility solutions for their work teams and artificial inte - lligence from the hand of big data. In order to centralise all these ac- tions, the Toledo Technology Centre was set up. It is the most advanced facility of its kind in the sector, a fully functional centre that allows centra- lised and online access to all Aqua- lia’s information.
