■ 950 m 2 of squares with water games. ■ 4,650 m 2 of children’s squares for different age groups. ■ 1,350 m 2 of sports squares for different uses and practices. ■ 52 natural games immersed in the nature and landscaping of the park. ■ Sports facilities such as two football pit- ches, a skating rink, five multi-pitches for playing baby football, volleyball, basketba- ll and tennis, two skateparks, an athletics track, a bouldering area for free climbing and sports training sectors focused on the diversity of age ranges. ■ Green esplanades and vegetation areas for rest and free recreation, community squa- res and green slopes for cultural presenta- tions. ■ Two lagoons: one for nautical sports and the other for the conservation and insertion of fauna and vegetation typical of the Ma- pocho River basin. ■ Mapocho Río will be a space where native or Mediterranean vegetation of low water consumption coexists, which will allow nei- ghbours to meet with nature.
