He also made a very special men- tion to the family of Francisco Urru- tia, a deceased colleague, who was presented with a bouquet of flowers and a commemorative plaque for a lifetime of work and dedication. As a symbol of recognition, plaques were presented to the different bat - ches of street cleaning services, maintenance and conservation of parks and gardens, solid urban waste collection, waste collection and cleaning of buildings and pre - mises. On the other hand, a plaque of recognition was also presented to the company’s medical services, represented by its director, Dr. Ra- fael Echevarría, for his manage - ment and commitment to preserve the health of the workers during the pandemic.
